Food that cause acne and food to stay away from if you have acne

Antibiotics are now being used for acne control as they can decrease the levels of bacteria in the skin or follicle. Antibiotics can also work by reducing the chemicals released by our white blood cells that irritate our skin, thus acting as acne control. It is also well known that antibiotics lower the levels of free fatty acids in the sebum, therefore reducing any inflammation of the skin.
However, there are some acne care cosmetic skin care products by cosmetics companies that are pretty effective, sometimes even more so than those that are produced by specialized acne care product companies. These products that popular cosmetic brands produce to help treat acne problems, along with other skin problems that people may encounter, are sometimes carefully researched and developed to achieve good results due to the fact that the company has a reputation to protect. If a product that they create and sell in the market is ineffective, or worse, causes more acne problems, it can create a domino effect and jeopardize the popularity of the other products they sell.
Step number one is cut back on the complex carbs. Yes thats right, complex carbs can actually bloat your face and also increase your acne. The worst of these are cereals and breads, studies actually showed this a few years ago. I know experts claim that food has nothing to do with your skin, but thats simply not true always. So thats step number one, stay away from those complex cars, try to eat them only once or twice a week.
